Download Instructions

Please keep in mind that the file is almost 1 gigabyte in size, so it may take a bit for it to download.

  1. Click on the link here -> Outlook Backup File
  2. Double-click the file and move the OutlookBackup.pst file onto the desktop

Importing Instructions

  1. Open Outlook, then select from the menu bar "File", then "Import and Export"
  2. Select 'Import from another file or program' and click 'next'
  3. Scroll down and select 'Personal Folder File (.pst)' and click 'next'
  4. Click 'browse' and select the file 'OutlookBackup.pst' from the desktop'
  5. Make sure the box for 'Replace duplicates with items imported' is selected. Click 'Next'
  6. Leave the 'Personal Folders' highlighted (this will import all the data) and make sure the 'Import items into the same folder in: Personal Folders' is selected
